Revitalize Peptide Lab currently ships within Canada only.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Express. Packages are prepared discreetly and securely to help maintain product integrity during transit. Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment confirmation.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may occasionally experience delays or temporary pauses, particularly during high-volume periods or while the package is in transit between processing facilities. Revitalize Peptide Lab is not responsible for delays or tracking discrepancies once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If an order has not yet been processed or shipped, customers may request a change or cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by Canada Post, Revitalize Peptide Lab is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, theft, or damage incurred during transit.

Product Quality & Delivery Assurance
Product quality and delivery are taken seriously. A replacement or refund may be considered only if an incorrect product was shipped or the order arrived damaged or defective.
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of the issue, including the original packaging. Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
